What is Building Analytics ?

Modern buildings generate vast amounts of data through building management systems, metering, and control platforms. Building analytics transforms this data into meaningful insights by continuously analysing how systems are actually operating — not just how they were designed to operate.

Analytics enables issues to be identified early, performance to be measured objectively, and maintenance and optimisation activities to be targeted where they deliver the greatest value.

    CopperTree Analytics Australia is a certified AIRAH DA19 licensee. Kaizen supports data-driven maintenance by assessing equipment performance against DA19 guidelines using live operational data.
