Data Driven Maintenance

Analytics & building Performance optimisation (BPO)

An integrated Analytics & Maintenance platform.

Powered by CopperTree Analytics

O.P. Industries delivers building analytics as part of an integrated operational model — not as a standalone software overlay. Through our partnership with CopperTree Analytics Australia and the Kaizen analytics platform, we align analytics, maintenance, and system tuning into a single, practical workflow that supports day-to-day service delivery and long-term performance.

Kaizen, a Japanese philosophy meaning change for the better or continuous improvement, focuses on small, incremental, daily improvements involving all employees, from top management to workers, to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. It emphasises reducing waste and implementing low-risk, low-cost changes that create significant long-term results.

What is Building Analytics ?

Modern buildings generate vast amounts of data through building management systems, metering, and control platforms. Building analytics transforms this data into meaningful insights by continuously analysing how systems are actually operating — not just how they were designed to operate.

Analytics enables issues to be identified early, performance to be measured objectively, and maintenance and optimisation activities to be targeted where they deliver the greatest value.

The Problem with Disconnected Systems.

Why Standalone Analytics Often Fall Short

Many buildings now rely on multiple, disconnected software platforms to manage maintenance, tuning, analytics, and fault finding. While each tool may provide value in isolation, running them separately often creates data silos, duplicated effort, and increased complexity for site teams.

In practice, technicians and facilities teams are frequently required to move between several systems just to understand what is happening, what needs to be done, and who is responsible. This fragmentation can slow response times, reduce consistency, and limit the real-world value of analytics.

Effective building performance relies on alignment between analytics, maintenance activities, and mechanical systems, not parallel systems operating independently.

Why Analytics with O.P. Industries?

Analytics Integrated with Real-World Delivery

O.P Industries’ analytics offering is designed to streamline day-to-day operations by integrating analytics, maintenance, and mechanical services into a single, coordinated approach.

Rather than requiring technicians to operate multiple disconnected software platforms, analytics insights are embedded into OPI’s service delivery model. This reduces complexity, improves efficiency, and ensures analytics directly supports maintenance, tuning, and fault rectification activities.
