5 Bond Street – Ringwood, VIC

O.P. Industries delivered mechanical services works for the commercial development at 5 Bond Street, Ringwood, undertaken in collaboration with Maben Group.

The project comprises a contemporary commercial office facility positioned within the Ringwood Metropolitan Activity Centre, designed to provide flexible workspace accommodation and support ongoing commercial growth within Melbourne’s eastern corridor. The development integrates office tenancies, end-of-trip facilities and associated building services infrastructure within a modern, high-performance building envelope.

O.P. Industries was engaged to deliver mechanical and HVAC services across the base building and tenancy areas. Works included the installation of air conditioning systems, ventilation plant, ductwork and associated mechanical infrastructure to support occupant comfort, indoor air quality and operational efficiency. This unique development in Ringwood has been thoughtfully designed and is currently undergoing certification as a market-leading 6 Star NABERS-rated building. Careful coordination was required to integrate services within the building structure while maintaining programme milestones and ensuring seamless interface with other trades.

Delivered in partnership with Maben Group and the broader consultant team, the project demanded a coordinated and methodical approach to services installation within a commercial construction environment. The successful completion of 5 Bond Street reinforces O.P.
