EastCo – Ringwood, VIC

O.P. Industries delivered mechanical services works for EastCo, a contemporary commercial office development located within the Ringwood Metropolitan Activity Centre.

The project comprises a multi-level office building designed to provide premium commercial accommodation, incorporating flexible workspaces, end-of-trip facilities, ground-floor activation areas and secure basement parking. Positioned within Melbourne’s eastern growth corridor, the development contributes to the ongoing transformation of Ringwood into a key commercial and business precinct.

O.P. Industries was engaged to deliver mechanical and HVAC services throughout the facility, supporting tenant comfort, energy efficiency and long-term operational performance. The works included the installation of central air conditioning systems, ventilation plant, ductwork and associated mechanical infrastructure across base building and tenancy areas. Particular attention was given to system zoning, fresh air delivery and plant integration to ensure a high-quality indoor environment aligned with modern commercial standards.

Delivered in collaboration with the project team and head contractor, the mechanical services installation required coordinated sequencing within a staged construction programme to support timely completion. The successful delivery of EastCo provides Ringwood with a modern, high-performance commercial asset designed to meet the evolving needs of contemporary workplaces.
