Hunter & Gatherer – Epping, VIC

O.P. Industries delivered mechanical services works for the completion of the Hunter & Gatherer facility in Epping, a purpose-built food manufacturing and distribution facility supporting large-scale production and commercial operations.

The project involved the completion and commissioning of a modern industrial building incorporating production areas, warehouse storage, office accommodation and associated staff amenities. Designed to support high-output food manufacturing processes, the facility required carefully integrated building services to ensure operational efficiency, environmental control and compliance with food-grade standards.

O.P. Industries was engaged to deliver mechanical and HVAC services throughout the facility, including ventilation systems, air conditioning, mechanical plant and associated infrastructure to support both production and office environments. Particular consideration was given to airflow management, temperature control and system reliability within active manufacturing zones.

Delivered in collaboration with Maben’s project team, the works required a coordinated approach to services installation within a fast-paced construction programme. The successful completion of the project has provided Hunter & Gatherer with a high-performance facility capable of supporting ongoing production growth and operational efficiency.
